    ok boyf of 5 months.. caught in the confident or plain cocky question..
    suggested other day shouldn't have to make as much effort as other boyfs in same group as others feel got girls better looking than themselves!!!!!


    broke up a guy last year as he drove me insane with insecurities..

    is it case of careful what you wish for ??

    Can you use proper english and sentence structure please

    We have a rule about no txt speak on this forum and while your post doesn't fall into that it is hard to read and understand

    Clearly written posts will lead to better advice, it is in your own interests

    simply wondering.. is there a middle ground..

    last guy was so insecure drove me insane and wondering with a comment like.. should n't have to make as much of an effort as others..

    So go from totally insecure guy to guy up his own ass ?? excuse my terms

    does middle ground exist..

    Are you asking if there are different kinds or people in the world?

    Translation:
    I have a boyfriend of 5 months and I'm not sure if this is a case of "confident" or plain old "cocky".

    The other day he said that the other boys in our group have to make an effort to look good because they feel their girlfriends are better looking than they are and suggested that he doesn't have to make the same effort!

    I broke up with another guy last year because his insecurities drove me insane and my current boyfriend appears to be the opposite ... or is what he said beyond self-confident and just rude?

    Insults are in the ear of the beholder. If my OH said something like that I'd laugh in his face because I'd know he was joking :)

    If you honestly believe he was joking, I wouldn't think too much of it. If you think he was serious, I would consider that a little too cocky and wouldn't appreciate it.
