Hello, my brother has a phobia or rain, or more so, the sound of rain. He knows that the rain cannot hurt him but he still freaks out. Can anyone relate or have a similar phobia. Thanks -Rev

not to be smart but that is the definition of a phobia, knowing it is harmless but still being scared. ask the gp for a referral to a psychologist. a real psychologist not a pop psychologist who has been on a weekend course
