I moved to UPC about a year ago and went for an TV, Internet & Phone package.

The internet is fantastic (30MB) but not too happy with the tv so am thinking of moving back to Sky.

I had been a Sky customer (paying max price for every channel) for 4 years prior to changing so I am not a new customer. I'd want all the latest boxes and a new dish as the one I have is over 5 years old and not looking too hot. I don't think that I should have to pay any more just because I was a previous customer.

    What can I reasonably expect?

Once you don't owe them any money or haven't been a customer for more than a year you're grand-if not just use someone else's name in the house:)
You can keep the UPC broadband and get tv from Sky,no obligation to get any bundles that UPC offer.

Sky sometimes give good deals to returning customers-no harm mentioning you were on full package for 4 years and see what they offer you to entice you back.
