Upgrading to Sky HD

I've got a UK sub here with Sky + and want to get HD. Can I get a Sky HD box and tell sky I've replaced the box and upgraded to HD without changing to a new contract ? I've had the the same contract since 2002. Any advice would be great.

An upgrade to HD from Sky is a free box and 30 euro install-the installer simply pairs the card with the new box so should see no problem about having a UK sub.
