Selling Fashion from USA on Ebay

Hi,
Firstly let me say my appologies if the mods consider this a type of advertising a feel free to remove this post. My intention is to ask some advise and not advertise anything in particular.

My question is. I am a Corkman based in the Boston.

I know there are a lot of labels over here which are popular at home like Abercrombie and Hollister and so on which are difficult to get at home.

I had an idea of setting up a few items on eBay. There are lots of stores over here and its easy to pick up sale items and other items people want back home.

I was trying to do a little research on what are popular brands and items people would be interested in.

Also if it's allowed I was wondering whats the best means to promote these, I don't want to post direct links as I'm not sure if it's allowed but I think a lot of people back home would like an accessibl way of having some stuff sent home and I thought this might be a good idea if there were people who wanted/needed something like this.

Thanks, just looking for ideas, pointers, suggestion, level of interest.

I'd imagine it would be very popular, especially in the area of shoes/handbags also. I love my Guess handbags :P

Guess and Nine West shoes and Guess bags would be very popular. Especially the shoes because they're so expensive here and they don't do half sizes like they do in the US.
