    Anybody done this? Looking for reviews / opinions?

    Combat Fitness - Monday Nights Starting

    August 16th - September 20th


    Once we receive your booking deposit of €60 your place is secure, you can then pay the remaining balance on the first night- balance of €30 for members and €60 for non members. All classes are open to everyone-regardless of your age*, fitness level, male or female. At the moment we have husbands, wives, sons and daughters all training together. Every class is different, challenging and above all great fun for everyone.

    The class is a great workout and includes:

    · Pad-work

    · Power punching

    · Power kicking

    · Circuit training

    · Ground-work

    · Plyometrics

    · Core conditioning

    · And lots more.

    Come along - I know you will enjoy it.
    *Under 18's will need parental permission.

    We advise early booking as places are limited.

    Time: 7pm - 8pm
    Price: EUR90.00 for Members or EUR120 for Non Members

    think hard target are linked to the BCA so they're probably pretty good. seems pricey though

    €15 or €20 per hour seems well over the going rate. I'd have a look at clubs section as you could probably to much better for your money.

    Thought it was a bit OTT for each class alright but seemed to cover some good stuff. Bit pricey considering its being held on a beach :P
