Law students or paralegals help ?

    I need help on a contract issue,for last few years of work i sub-contracted of family and friends and never needed a contract because we all were fair with each other,But now im transgressing into a new sector and new clients and need help composing contracts for projects,could anyone please help a buisness man not a legal eagle on either links or a template

    If you are looking to draw up contracts for your own business, I would suggest that you contact your solicitor in this regard.

    Law students would certainly not be given "templates", and in any event, this is certainly something you should not attempt without any experience whatsoever.

    How would you know what you were given would be satisfactory?

    +1, law students are unlikely to have templates or any practical experience in drafting contracts. They also won't have any professional indemnity insurance. You're better off going to a solicitor with experience in the area.
