Bomb squad on Cherryfield

    Anyone here from the Cherryfield Lawn area seen the bomb squad out tonight? They're across the field from my house. I can see 'em out the window.

    Anyone hear anything about a bomb scare?


    Edit: They just detonated *something*

    Just heard on the news this morning that it was an elaborate hoax. There was also a device outside a shop at Parlickstown. I imagine it was scary for you at the time though.

    Thats a bit of a mad thing to say?

    Hoax or not, would you rather the authorities left it there or ignored the phone call from the public to respond?

    Or are you referring to the nutters that put the devices there?
