Hi all, i have the problem of constantly feeling down all the time and have nowhere to turn or nobody to talk to. It's hard to tell your friends exactly how you are feeling. I just hate everything about my life. Have Colitis a long time now and that effects how i feel. Constantly feel drained and tired. Added to that i just have no confidence in myself at all. Hate everything about myself. Also, absolutely in love with my best friend with whom i cannot stop thinking about no matter how hard i try. She is all i think about. I just don't know what to do

Have you thought about discussing your feelings with your GP - I used to feel like that but I got help by talking and meds -
