Is it possible to have a tweet automatically placed on a Facebook business page?

I am set up on the FB page as an Admin

    Thanks

Once you have an RSS feed for your twitter posts, you can integrate them via the 'notes' facility or via many of the social media tools available (one example here).

Thanks for that but have FB settings changed since that was posted?

    When at:
    "2). Install the application
Go to Facebook Business Page and in the bottom left select applications. Search for the application ‘Social RSS’ and add this application to your business page."

    - there is no applications option to select at the Facebook Business page!

    thanks

The layout has changed slightly (as it will continue to). Now, you click on the 'edit' option for your page and at the bottom of the the applications list there is an option for 'browse more'.

If you go to the Social RSS page, there's an 'add to my page' option in the top left corner that you can use. It will then show up on your 'edit' page as normal and you can tweak the settings as required. (Might be worth doing a quick search on the pro's and con's of the different options, there might be one other than Social RSS that better suits your needs)

    Still no luck

Maybe because i am business page admin not creator?

There is no "edit" button on the business page

Hmmm, that shouldn't be an issue according to FB's own documentation (which 'should' be up to date). But I've no personal experience of trying to edit a page as an admin so can't be sure.

The 'edit page' option should appear just below the 'profile picture' and just above the 'information box' on the left hand side of the page. If not.... I guess your only option is to ask the creator to add the application (but I'd toss a mail to FB as well to query this as you should have the rights).
