I have checked all around the house and i have no record of urine or blood sample as i was checking on the internet i would of given two samples also can i ask a garda to check the system to see if i was on the garda system, can i safely say i am in the clear as it really has been playing on my mind and affecting my behaviour, i know this is funny but i was at one stage going to go into the local garda station to ask them? which would not be wise really but my mind and nerves was shot. Its been 7 weeks now ive beed told also that the summons do come fairly quick as well. When i woke up the next morning the car was in the yard parked safely. I have been told that the Gardai would have taken the car off me the nite in question also. Can anyone help me. I know this is soo stupid. Thanks

are you saying that you got caught drink driving by the gardai but you're unsure if you were over the limit and being charged or not?

Looks like you'll have to suffer fear of the Postman Cometh for a while then.

Sure why don't you pop into the local Garda station....give them your name, address, reg number, local pub you frequent and the like........im sure they will be delighted.
