    what is current cost of a planning consultant. have been granted p.p but has been appealed to an bord plaenala.have been advised to seek a planning consultant and put this baby to bed once and for all.:mad::mad:

    A planning consultant could prepare a first party planning appeal on your behalf in response to the appellants' objections. This would include planning rationale for the scheme and justification for the local authority's grant of permission. In the past planning consultants have typically charged a day rate for such work, but now you are in a good position to negotiate a fixed fee in the region of €300-€500 for preparing the appeal report.
