    Hi,

Recently got a Dell Vostro 3500... When it's powered off and the power cable is still plugged in, how do I know if it's still charging? I assume it is... But there are no lights or anything to indicate that it's charging...

    Thanks!

I don't know but I have an Inspiron 1750 and there is only one light on it that indicates it is switched on. May I suggest a leap of faith and just trust that it is charging?

I have a dell vostro 1510 and there is a charging light on the outside next to the power light that lights up when powered off and charging! Not sure if your model is the same though!

Nah, mines an Inspiron. Obviously home users don't need to know if they're computer is charged or not ;)
