HTC Desire - Cracked screen

    I contacted fonemenders who said it will cost €200 to repair, i could get a new phone for that price.

    Anyone know if you can buy a screen, id be fairly confident of fitting it myself.

    hi justin, i guess he meant "a phone" not neccessarily a desire.

    i would advise the OP to try ebay for a screen.

    I finally got my cracked screen fixed and collected my phone this morning and the best thing was it didn't cost me a cent. I suppose it pays to know people. I was owed a favour so it was nice to see it returned.

    I just need to find myself a case for now and try not drop it again.

    I dropped it on a hard tiles when out one night, one two many jager bombs. I wont be letting people use my phone to take pics again.

    i had a massive drop there one day on tarmac :) thought it was a gonner :) but no :) still alive :)
