Twitter on iphone

    I use twitter quite a bit but downloaded an update over the weekend and now it won't even open. What happens is I'll touch the app icon and it will go to open but then close. Does anyone else have the same problem or know a way to fix it, I've tried removing the app and downloading it again. By the way I have a 3Gs but haven't upgraded to OS4.

    I've been using it on 3GS OS4 without any issues, but haven't been asked to download an update lately.

    Is it the 'official' twitter app?

    Yeah, I'm using the offical twitter app. I've tried a few others but have gotten to like this one, any ideas what the problem is?

    Happens every now and again with all non-native Apps. Best thing to do is delete and re-install as you have just done, or else sync with iTunes.

    I'll try syncing later as I left the cable at home, do you think not using OS4 is making any difference?

    sounds like it's corrupted. a resync should fix it.

    Loren stated in Twitter that there was a bug in 3.0.2 on iOS 3.1. Seems there is an update that fixes it submitted.
