buy a commercial burner yourself ,its p1$$ easy

you can buy ones now that burn continually and you load in piles of blank dvds and the machine does the rest

how many dvds is in the run

if its more than 1000 of the same disc its cheaper to replicate than duplicate (burn)

Try MPO (if still there), they will master it for you too.
