Laws on running competitions, contests and lotteries in the Republic

    Hi Guys,
    Just as the title states, I would like to know more about the laws governing the running of competitions, contests and lotteries in the Republic of Ireland.

    I've googled lots of different terms but I cannot for the life of me find any documentation regarding these laws. Instead I get information on trade, price fixing and cartels which of course are related to the competitiveness of businesses and have absolutely nothing to do with competitions or contests.

    Does anyone know where I could find documentation online regarding these legislations?
