    Hey Guys,

Basically I'm all over the place at the moment, need to find out about seeing a councellor through my GP, do they do this? All my relationships are seriously suffering due to my mental health (due to my past) and am on very shaky ground as what to do.

    Thanks for ye're help.

While your GP is unlikely to do counselling, they are likely to have a list of suitable people locally. Phone the office and ask - if your are seriously concerned for your mental health, I imagine there is no harm in actually seeing your GP also.
