Tag not working

    Coming up from Galway this evening toll tag area for large van out of order, guy roaring to take the tag down and give him the number of it. Problem is the tag is stuck hard and fast as it was moved from another van. Cars peeping behind, asked for name reg no and address, guy muttered something not sure if we have to pay via shop or something. Anyone know what is the story when this happens. He opened the barrier when we told him it was not our problem that their tag system was not working.

    Checked it out with our toll tag provider today,i asked them to debit our account for the toll charge and they say we will not be charged because it was the toll plazas problem that their tag reader was not working. Good news.
