canada srudent visa apply for it whilst on holiday visa?

    hi i am going to toronto in september i can get the student work visa but not sure how long i am going to stay so i have booked a flight over and gonna just use the 6 month holiday visa.

    my question is, is it possible to apply for working visa whilst your on a holiday visa and get it over then without coming home???

    I think you need to be in Ireland when applying for the visa.

    Most of the visa application process is done online however.
    One main flaw in your plan is that usit will close the programme when all places are full, which could be before September. If you are asked to undergo a medical you will need to get this done in Ireland. You will also need your police certs before you head off (and it would look very suspicious someone entering the country on a tourist visa to have police certs for a working holiday visa!)

    As you're a student, you can apply for this type of visa as long as you are a student (every year up to age 35 if you want) so if you don't mind the added cost I advise you to apply for this work visa if you intend to work.
