    Hi,

Anyone ever stay in the Seaside part of Barcelona? If so, any hotel recommendations would be greatly appreciated, as would any info on things to do.

    Thanks :)

Stayed in the H10 Marina In Barcelona 3 years ago. Its beside the olympic village. Nice Hotel, rooftop pool, (which is a bit small and rubbish), good breakfast, nice rooms. There is a few "business hotels" around there. City center ones are less modern I found.

Area around there is quiet, safe for walking around late at night about 5-10 minutes walk from beach, hop on hop off bus, and not too far from subway (train, not the sandwich shop, miles away from that)
You can eat down at the port look at boats, go to the beach and....thats about it.

You could walk from there to the center of the city, but its a long trek.

Get a ticket for the hop on/hop off bus, there is 3 different routes, so it brings you everywhere. Well worth the price. Pay for it on the bus
