And why exactly are the people in the pic scumbags? Just asking because it's a very bad pic depicting them. They're not taking part in any scumbag behaviour.

They fit a stereotype I'll admit, but they just look like they're keeping to themselves. A scumbag is a person who behaves like one, these are dormant-scumbags. As in they look like they could kick off at any time.

LOL, I love the way that there can be a debate raging in AH for months about the merits of otherwise of legalising drungs, how many an AH user freely admits to using said drugs, and yet the actual selling of drugs is somehow something only scumbags do!!

There is a difference. These are doing it on the street to pay for the shítty lifestyle they have, but when someone does it out of the back of a merc or the back of a city centre bar then they're the respectable ones. Lets not get them mixed up here.

If you have evidence that they're selling drugs, send it to the police.

Posting pictures of people online and claiming that they are drug dealers (which is definitely not clear in this picture) is forcing boards.ie into a legal minefield.
