    are there covers available for the 1 ton wagtail, or would you be as well make up something yourself?

    You could pick up a tarpaulin with elastic ties that would fit it perfectly. Have seen a company called

    www.TarpaulinsDirect.ie

    Never used them, but they might be worth talking to.
