Right so im sending a wire from my headphone output on my nrv 10 mixer to a mellinium headphone amp via jack to jack cable when anyone recording with me is plugging into the jacks on the amp to listen to their headphones it is only coming out of the left side. It is the same when i link speakers threw the headphone output or even just a set of headphones without a headphone amp.

Anyone got any ideas on what might be going on becuase its bugging the piss outta me.

Example...recording drums kick snare two over heads and toms and when listening to the guitar track its only coming out of one ear.

I presume you are using a TRS (stereo) jack to jack to link desk to HP amp?

I had a problem like that before. Are you using the likes of a millenium ha4? The jack to jack cable should be a TRS cable to carry both left and right sides. I'd try a different cable too, especially if your using a sssnake patch cable because they are useless sometimes.
