I recall this happening last year, which took months to fix. Now its starting to happen again. Its just a total nusience. I've pretty much stopped watching anything on their issues besides Babylon 5 and new episodes of Glenn Martin. Anyone else annoyed by this issue?

Try watching it. You'll see for yourself. e.g. That scene in the Radioactive Man episode of the Simpsons when Bart realises that he only grew half an inch and shows Grampa walking by, while saying "Oh I'm as tall as I ever was". He doesn't complete the whole sentence as he exits to the right of the frame.

Issue with your TV or connections? It's never happened to either box in my house.

Well its been like this on both boxes. I'll try Sky Player later to see if it occurs there too.

Have you got a surround sound setup OP? Sounds like there is a problem with one of your speakers?

Only for my DVD player. My Sky box has no surround sound set up.

Wait...did I also forget to mention that it ONLY occurs on BSkyB channels, like Sky 1, 2, 3, FX and others? So all I know, that its most likely Sky's problem.

Are you using a TV with stereo sound?
Is there audio on both speakers when using SKybox?
how is the SKybox connected to the TV ?
Maybe you are for example using an S-Video cable and only one audio cable with from the Left audio output of skybox to the TV with the Right (coloured red) side unconnected?

in the absence of fixing the problem, or if the TV isn't stereo sound anyway - go into the Audio settings menu of your Sky box and change it from STEREO to MONO. You will then hear both Left and Right sides mixed (i.e. mono rather than just left side of stereo) .
