    Ok quick question:

I've just upgraded to an iPhone 4 and Microsim.

I currently have both my iPhone 3G and 4 turned on both with Sim cards in them.

They both seem to be working ok.

I'm wondering will my old sim card still remain usable?

Not if it's being ported, it will loose reception but your contacts might be still on it so it's worth putting it somewhere safe if you ever need to get the contacts again.

your old standard sim should die off within the next few hours.

heres a test for ya - get somebody to ring your number and see which one actually rings.
