Iphone 4g 32gig mic not working!!

    After finally getting my iphone yesterday after all the delivery trouble(waited over a week for it from VF only to find it was sent back...) i just found out my mic doesnt work when making a call...
    the only way i can talk to people is to put it on loud speaker then it will work.(loud speaker uses another mic...)

    I checked on apples forum and loads of people had the same problem.
    is there a fix for this or what am i to do now??

    I dont like the thought of sending it to apple as ill have to wait 3 weeks or so...

    Sending it to Apple will give you a much quicker resolution time than sending it to Vodafone tbh. 3 working days typically Apple will fix the problem in.

    Your problem at the moment is stock levels. Apple may not have any iP4's to replace yours with. Ring the Vodafone shop you got the phone from, explain the problem and see if they have any in stock to replace yours with.

    has anyone else had this problem?i tried everything,full restore and still no better(lost my aps doing this..)

    when i go into the recorder and shout i can hear a little in the playback but thats about it...

    whats the chance of going into a VF store and getting it replaced there and then?im on the €100 a month plan..
