Security Certs Win7

06-08-2010 01:48PM#1Im trying to access an encrypted folder on my pc. I encrypted it in the properties section on the folder options. I then reinstalled windows for reasons and bla bla bla I cant access the file on the fresh system now. Is there anyway to get the security certs back ? I have a backup of the pc so would they be stored at all? I need access to these files badly
