LOAN NEEDED

I need a loan of €30,000 to pay off outstanding bills/loans etc. Bad credit rating ( can explain) can pay loan off at rate of €50 pw Does anyone have any advice on where I could aquire such a loan? I am not a home owner so cannot re-mortgage. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
