Android Market Stuck on Authorising Purchase

    Tried purchasing a paid app from the android market and it is stuck on Authorising Purchase for the previous two days. I have successfully paid and downloaded 3 apps previously although two of them took about 10 hours to eventually download. No problem with credit card or payment details. I called my Credit Card company. Anyone got a fix for this?

    Paid apps arent allowed in Ireland but you seem to be doing okay. The only thing I can suggest is go to Menu-->setting-->applications-->manage applications, find the market app and select clear cache.

    Might do the trick

    No, it's actually a known issue in the market at the moment - seems to happen sporadically. The guy who made psx4droid had 6000 people stuck on authorising their purchase! That's a lotta dough stuck in limbo.

    If it happens, just leave it and it should hopefully resolve itself after a couple days.
