    Hi guys,
not sure if this is the right place to ask and mods feel free to move it somewhere else if its not, but does anyone know where i can buy boxing gloves. My oh is going to teach me the basics, but have no idea whre to pick up a pair of gloves, ideally a shop around Dublin/Wicklow, ive fairly small hands so would need to try them on.

    thanks in advance

Are ya gonna be just hitting a bag..? Sparring..? Fighting..?

if it's just a set for hitting a bag then JJB or SportsWorld is a good shout, everlast and reebok gloves for as little as about €25, and if the junior gloves fit ya then they'll be even cheaper...
I got a nive pair of 14oz gloves and handwraps in JJB for €31 as i remember...
Elverys have all the gear aswell but everything is sky high in there...

If you're gonna be looking for top quality stuff, best go online, numerous sites about and you'll find a few bits...
