Sky HD & Cbeebies "Other Channels"

    Hi all,

    Got the Sky HD box yesterday, and have run into a (for us) serious issue:

    Having set up Cbeebies CBBC et al for the little darlings, I happily left them alone to watch it - only for my peaceful pipe to be disturbed by them fleeing to my sanctuary to tell me that the info box keeps appearing over their Iggles, Piggles and various Daisys.

    Is this normal? If so, the thing is going back to Rupert C.O.D., but I'd still be curious as to why.

    Any opinions and/or solutions greatly appreciated.
