    Hi Guys

I was wondering if someone could help me out here, iv been working full time for the past 2 years now, earning a little over 30k. Back last november 2009 i claimed for the rent relief for the year, it came up on my account on ros.ie that this tax credit is claimed, but i didnt receive any money back, also i filled in the medical expences for 2008 and 2009, nearly up on 1000 euro in total, this shows up as claimed too but i never received anything back, whats the store here, is this normal, i dont seem to be paying any less tax this year either so i was wondering should i ring then or whats the next step???? any help would be great as im new to this tax system, just finished college :)

    Hi

Ring up and ask for a balancing statement (P21) for 2009. Ask for a revised certificate of tax credits to be issued for 2010 and give it to your employer.

    Kind Regards
