Hi,

Im having trouble with my 30GB iPod. Everytime i connect it to my laptop, my iTunes freezes. Every single time. So I disconnect my iPod and a warning pops up saying "The iPod "Mikey's iPod" cannot be synced. The required folder could not be found."

The iPod itself works fine. It plays music and video and charges, but i cant add any music to it because iTunes keeps freezing. Im guessing there is some corruption on the disk somewhere, can anyone give me any advice on how to fix it?
