Anyone else in the same boat.

I ordered online the iphone 4 last Friday (porting my number), and almost a week later, all I have received is a confirmation email.
Rang 3 twice and all I could gather is that iphones are scarce (surprise, surprise).
No explanation, no nothing, not even an indication as to when they might have some, yet the website at this minute says "BUY NOW" the iphone 4 (32gb) ships next working day and the (16gb version) in three days.
I think I have made a big mistake, and I am not even a customer yet.

I can understand "out of stock", but flogging stuff you simply don't have is not very good.
