    A guy did something similar a few years back as a joke. He took a picture of the CRT monitor he was selling, but you could just make out in the reflection of the monitor that he took the picture naked.

    Not being funny here but it can happen. For instance on my sony ericsson when you save a picture it names is DSC0078 etc then the next one DSC0079. He may have uploaded one of thos by mistake then.
