Bit of a Stupid Question (turkey)

    In a desperate bid to both have a change from chicken and save some money I bought a turkey breast fillet in Lidl. I was thinking of making it into a Korma tonight. Do I just chop it up and generally treat it like chicken, eg. fry it till white on the inside and golden on the outside?

    Yep, treat as chicken.
