    Just wondering if someone could recommend someone for drawing house plans. Hoping to get going on house build pretty soon but am hearing conflicting reports about person I was thinking of using. If you could pm me your views it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks to those who replied. The funny thing is that nobody mentioned any of the people I've been thinking of using. Most people who I know who have built a house or are still in the process of building their's have told me that they would not recommend the person who drew up their plans. I don't want to spend ages meeting different people just want to get some names that more than one person recommends.

    How long do people tend to spend on their plans. I have an idea of what I want just need someone to go through the practicalities of this for me.
