Try keylites. They're a cheaper alternative to Velux, do the same thing tho.

I priced them online but my roofer was able to do a deal with the velux rep and local hardware store to get me a good discount and beat any online price. However I was buying 13 triple glazed velux and the roofer was buying another 26 for a house locally (yep 26) so maybe talk to others building in the area to improve your purchase power
