How does the recipient get the transfer exactly??

I am quite confused, and searching is giving me more questions than answers.

    Thanks.

    there is 2 versions

a straight payment into their account (use this for people u know/trust)

and a paypal style version called "moneybookers escrow "

use the second if ur buying something ,if it doesnt arrive in 14 days u get a full refund (minus the smnmall escrow fee)

I'm an idiot, it completely passed me by that the recipient needs to have a moneybookers account too.
