Can a SkypeIn number be ported to another provider?

Hi, Just wondering if a SkypeIn number can be ported to another provider? I've had an Irish geographic online number with them for the last ~2 years. Happy enough with it, though I would like to try it with another provider, eg with Blueface. Any ideas? T

For anyone interested, the answer is apparently no!
Skype aren't required to abide by the usual porting rules overseen by Comreg
