The Right Hook must be one of the most entertaining talk shows on Irish radio these days. His show today has been pure gold so far.

Have to agree Lennser ...despite the cnunts most annoying accent and strange diction...he comes across as as a presenter with a bit of BALLS.

Dosn't need to check out everythin fer political correctness and is not afraid to push his views.

Fcuk it ..he is a refreshing change from the grey drones in RT fcukin E

    I like the Right Hook.

It has some colour and ceremony to it. It dares to be different than DriveTime and The Last Word, in that the arts, travel, technology, a longer interview are aired. It also has Michael Graham on a Friday, who brings a refreshingly different viewpoint on what the world is like -- through the eyes of an American conservative.

Finally, the man appears to be aware of his own limitations. And he wears his political allegiances on his sleeve, the man admits to being a passionate FG supporter. If only some of the hacks in radio centre could be so honest in admitting their political allegiances.

Very true Sergeant. I ofetn wonder if his political rants are just for the sake of stirring up debate though?

George really went over the top today on his comments on Minister For Finance, Michael Noonan T.D. Does he think he will ever get to interview Noonan again, I don't think so. Does George want to alienate every politician in the Vincent Browne fashion. George needs to cop himself on and not get carried away in front of the other two presenters while thinking about the game against New Zealand or the the pork steaks that the lovely Ingrid was preparing for him this evening. I am now of the opinion that George Hooks success on radio is beginning to overwhelm him. Watch this space over the next twelve months, my prediction is that he will cop on or be shipped out.

Please go back and listen to it on the player. I am not a fan of typing where it can be avoided!
