New York where dreams are made of or nightmares begin. I believe a mosque is to be erected near ground zero after a block of apartments are demolished.
Would someone kindly tell why this is being allowed?
Is this about forgive and forget. Extreme factions in the looney fringe of the muslim religion will never forgive or forget that those living in the Western world have enough generally speaking to feed and clothe themselves.
In the eyes of these extremists we should be all starving, wearing long dresses and scarves, and the women only a slit their burka to see what's going on in the real world.
The West has gone too soft on terrorism, bank fraud and extremism in all its ugly shapes and forms.

Islam =/= Fundamentalism and Extremism
I have read nothing about a Mosque being erected at Ground Zero but if there was one built I would see no objection to it. It would be a way of bridging the cultural divide and educating Americans of the true message of Islam and not the twisted message those who fight the holy war use to justify their involvement.
