    Hi all,

I lost the card. Trying to get a duplicate but appears it ain't easy. To report lost card one needs to give their Surname, Subcriber Number and PIN.
Now, I do remember my PIN but I don't remember my Subscriber Number. The number is imprinted on the card but the card is gone. I've got a Subscription From from them and email confirming my payment - gues what? There is no subscriber number on those documents.
We can only get help about forgotten PIN, but not about the damned number. To use the contact form on dublinbikes.ie we still need this number.
Can anybody help with getting this number back? This is some kind of a mad circle.

It should theoretically be in the subscriber pack you got in the post with your card, but who still has that?

Seems like it is in fact impossible to do anything without the Sub. number and no way to get it sent to you if you lose the card - where this number is printed.

Have you rang them to explain the problem? You can't be the first person this has happened to.

I couldn't find the number as in the contact tab they only have an internet form, that confused me. Now I can see that there is a number on the main page - I will try to use it. Thanks.
I'll keep you readers updated :)

Well. After I returned home I had a check in my papers and found their letter in there. I've got the subsc.number, I do remember the PIN and guess what? Still can't login. Incorrect login details - it says. Well I am sure about PIN and the number and surname are on the letter, so there is no slip in it. I assume telephone is probably the only way of comunicating them.

OK. I managed to find the letter, so I have the number. I do also remember the PIN (100% sure) but still cannot logiin to their "My Account" site. Invalid login details - it says. Subsc.number and surname I gave them is on the letter, so not possible I slipped there.
I guess phone is the only way of communicating them. I phoned them, reported and ask for a duplicate. I didn't feel like discussing the rest, so let's assume one can go over the subsc.number. Espacially that the first question was "do you remember your subsc.number?".

There's no point filling in the online lost card form - it just sends an email to them to which they reply telling you to phone them.
