In responce to the ugly thread, post here the buildings you think are more easy on the eye in ireland (within 10 years old) to narrow the list down.

There's some nice modern buildings down the dublin docklands, just a shame they couldnt be taller.

The new grand canal theatre is great lit up at night.

I like the new conference centre from the front but from the side, its a ginat concrete wall.

The new aviva from a distance looks great. A giant glass blob in the middle of the leafy suburbs.

Love the new bridge.

The new court buildings at parkgate street is a real dominating structure.

plenty will hate these buildings i mentioned im sure!

I find The Helix, DCU is easy on the eye at nighttime.

There's a gorgeous office block, Watermarque, on the righthand side on Bridge Street before you go into Ringsend village in Dublin. Really well designed along the roadway.

I find them square modern buildings a bit bland at this stage they're everywhere and pretty much all the exact same.

One Warrington Place at night looks spectacular ...

especially off the nearby river when walking by

if we just confine this to modern buildings then

ulster bank hq in dublin is impressive, stephens green shopping centre is still visually the best of its type in this country despite been well over 20 years old now, the aviva stadium looks amazing outside, thomond park in limerick also looks good, gmit in galway is one you either love or hate, i really like it
