It's ok, I am a leader and an ex warden in Lough Dan anyway

Stick up a poll with a few dates or locations to help get an idea.

Everybody start suggesting the best dates that suit them, and I'll throw them into a poll later.

Well I could probably work around most dates for the next few weeks...

Monkstown, Blackrock or Dun Laoghaire area would all suit me pretty well.
Anybody else any ideas?
