    In your regular everyday life (im mainly talking work), how long without a reply do you normally go before assuming the person is fobbing you off or not giving you the priority you need.

    For me it varies. But today its 20 minutes before i "give em a rattle" ;)

    I fcuking hate people who I've just been talking to twenty minutes ago and are ringing looking for an update. Told to fcuk off in the nicest possible way.

    2 minutes , this country won't get back on it's feet with any slackers in the way.

    Really if they want to delay getting back then grand , if they don't I always have the CYA email.

    I used not to, but after waiting for failed call backs (UPC I'm looking at you and your Limerick call center) I do some major rattling.

    Have noticed this too with UPC , then you get some nonce ringing you from Cork trying to explain what you are doing wrong by contacting their customer service :eek:. The first time I got this call back from Cork I thought it was one of the lads having a laugh.
