Dogs nose slight discolouration and tiny bump...

Hey there, My dog (Dubh) who is a Collie cross has some sort of discolouration on the top tip of his nose. It's kinda small but it looks like a faint grey, but maybe turning fleshy colour and it's also slightly bumpy. I've read that it could be down to plastic toys or maybe a metallic bowl? Thanks.

Hey there,

happened to my tyson (3yr old boxer) and brought it to the vet. He said its just dehydration to make sure it has always got water.
