Transferring memory card information from old phone to iphone4 ?

Ok i'm not very tech minded so excuse me if this seems like a very simple question. All my contacts, messages, pics etc are stored on a memory card and i've just bought the iphone4. How do i transfer this data to the iphone? Is it just a matter of putting the mem. card in the computer and then what????!!!! I've the info.…

plug in memory card to pc.

copy/cut your data from the memory card to a file on your PC.

open iTunes.

drag and drop the data from your new file on your PC into iTunes.

plug in iPhone.

sync iphone.
