    I make mine using hellmans mayo, thinned out with a little white wine vinegar and a little garlic crushed and strained through tea strainer so you just get the juice of the garlic no nasty lumps.:o

    Mayo, yoghurt or creme fraiche and grated garlic. You'll need to let it sit for a while.

    for laziness buy a garlic paste and mix with mayo(thinned out with milk) or creme fraiche
